The name comes from the oldest lighthouse in Japan dating back to 1620. You can drink this over ice or drink it neat.
The result is a wonderfully refreshing little tipple which is bursting full of Citrus notes with Spicy undertones and a touch of Juniper on the finish
If you hadn't guessed the key focus on this Gin is the Blackberry which is reflected within the flavour profile that is bursting with Dark Berry notes and hints of Juniper and a touch of Lemon Citrus
which has been specially selected and subject to a strict fermentation process

The result is a Spicy 'Fire' forward body with an increasing intensity which is infused with hints of Oak and Toffee which is mellowed out by a Juicy Sweet Apple finish but still remains the Smokey undertone
