These have a life span of 4 5 years before they start to become brittle. Application: All E36 and E46 (except S54 M3) 6cyl Engines

Update your early model (up to 12/05) M5 or M6 vanos pump gears with this later version when rebuilding your vanos oil pump

If you catch it early enough you can easily rebuild the pump with our new bearing ring
