cherries and raspberry compote on the nose with an underlying layer of mineral

for centuries

The malolactic fermentation went through naturally

yellow grapefruit

but wanted to make great Australian Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with a sense of place unique to the Moorabool Valley

Made with mostly Gargeniga and a little bit of Trebbiano

clove and warm loamy notes

complimented by a well-integrated oak influence and fine grained tannins

They are also known and celebrated for making great Pinot Grigio

took over in 2000 and successfully produced the Jules label

there's no shortage of depth and concentration either
