Novetat Total 2024 LITRE Region|MoselA sunkissed blend of young vines of Callet, Manto Negro and Fogoneu from Felantix along with a handful of other local varieties, planted over the islands characteristic red clay soils. The grapes were mostly destemmed, with a small quantity of whole bunches in the mix, and macerated from anywhere between a week and a month before being pressed off to vats for six months of rest. The result is a delicate wine with a complex perfume of blackberries, red

macerated for ten days and then blended into a separate vinification where an uncommon combination of Grenache

Petit Manseng and Macabeo are added to the blend

The juice is also pleasingly soft and supple

leaving a fine-grained texture that carries the nimble
