You have the option between the 6mm Hybrid soles (super flexible mix of natural rubber and foam like rubber) and the 10mm Rugged Soles (Foam like rubber same base as a pair of Birkenstocks)

Antique Saddle Leather: This is a weathered/aged looking leather that just gets better with time
