The glass is likely Irish and is very much the quality of Waterford or similar master glass crafted. The piece measures 5 " or 12. 8cm height, 3 & 1 2" or 9cm rim diameter, 3 & 1 4" or 8. 2cm foot diameter. c1820 Condition inspection found some very tiny frits around the bands on the lower part of the bowl.
