This version, bottled in 2022, spent seven years slumbering in our warehouse and maturing into perfection snugly aging within 5 gallon barrels. And we've finally decided to release! As it's part of our LTO series

and fennel seed all round out the heavy rye influence in this whiskey

Palate: Luscious vanilla custard with notable stone fruits and baking spices coming through while an interesting note of herbal maté makes an appearance
