The 2021 Altagracia is a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep crimson hued with violet undertones in appearance

in order to obtain the greatest complexity possible without recourse to any correction

primary fruit notes of lemon-curd

exhibiting scents of waxy red apples

espresso and black pepper balance blackberries and black cherries

with spices and hints of minerals and tobacco

perfectly balanced by citrus and a lovely acidity in the finish

It's a classic Yakima Valley Syrah with its full-bodied

toasty new oak

The wine has a beautiful golden yellow color of good intensity

After the alcoholic fermentation the wine is transferred into oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and where it remains for further refinement
