They were done after the last election in our country when my feelings were simply focused on the notion of our collective duties as humans are simply one: We are stewards of this planet, this country, and the relationships that bind us all. Our duties as stewards include everything from

one turning left and the other right

lest the Great Spirit would withdraw his healing breath

It doesn’t matter what our political or religious beliefs are

bright riots of wildflowers – lead you to believe that the painter spends most of his time peacefully surveying idyllic

Through coiling and weaving

and behind them

the leaves

and where the boundaries between the known and unknown may have briefly dissolved

The drama is created by the direction in which the diagonal runs: right to left
