Cheltenham Japanese GardensA blue contorted Atlantic Cedar. The tree grows upright with a central leader, with all the branches twisting and going horizontal to the ground. The very tip of the branch weeps at the end. Leaves are powder blue. A nice addition to the Japanese Garden.
