From this it allows the peppery and oaky intensity to be added into cocktails without any impact upon the hue.

The resulting flavour is a body full of the Clotted Cream which is followed by notes of Juniper and Vanilla infused with just a touch of Cracked Peppercorn to finish

starting with a Pot-still and made using their Sugar Recipe and Triple Filtered Water
