Vivi Bianco - Rimini DOC Rebola 2023 (750ml) Petite ArvineAgeing Aging in concrete tanks and clay jar with fine lees for 8 months with periodical batonage. Vinification Cold pre fermentation maceration for 3 5 days. 30% fermentation with selected yeast in clay jar (500 lt) with 30% of grape's berries, the remaining 70% in stain steel.

It's always a wine that takes its time to show its colours as it's a touch austere in its first five to eight years

The palate then bursts open with generous notions of green and yellow apple and tapers towards a pure

loamy minerality on the palate

and mineral with hints of melon and peach adding further complexity

even those who think they don't like Chardonnay
