Abbazia di Novacella - Alto Adige Grüner Veltliner 2025The abbazia (abbey) of Novacella has been around since the 12th century at the Northern end of Alto Adiges Isarco Valley, on the steep slopes of the Dolomites. Vines have been growing in the area for at least 850 years. The abbasia own many vineyards, and farm many others based on ancient relationships.

Together they shared a commitment to rural living and a vision for the sustainable and responsible growth of their community by producing the highest-quality wines from grapes farmed organically along the Bay of Fundy
